    At SanZ Collections, we hope you’ll love our pieces, but we understand that sometimes a purchase isn’t meant to be. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy of 14 days from the date of delivery, so you can shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return the item(s) within this timeframe to receive a refund. We appreciate your cooperation in following our return guidelines.     ***Note: the original tag MUST still be attached for a return to be accepted. Any piece returned without the original tag properly attached will not qualify for a refund.***

    Return Eligibility

    To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

    1. The item(s) must be a full-priced jewelry item returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

    2. The item(s) must be in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags and labels attached.

    3. The item(s) must be sent in its original packaging with the original sales receipt included.

    Return Process

    1. Contact us: Please contact support@sanz-collections.com within 14 days of your delivery date. Be sure to indicate the item(s) you wish to return and include the order number and photos of the item(s) being sent back.

    2. Shipping:

      1. Our support team will email you a pre-paid shipping label. (The cost of shipping will be deducted from total refund amount.)

      2. Securely package your item(s) with the original packaging and with all original contents in a solid outer box. (You may use the original outer box if it’s in good condition.) Be sure to include the sales receipt.

      3. Attach prepaid label to outer box and drop off or schedule pickup with the appropriate local carrier. (Cover the previous label if reusing original outer box.) Be sure to ship the item back within 14 days of delivery date in its original condition (undamaged, untarnished, with original sales receipt, original packaging, and original tag(s) attached).

    3. Processing: Our team will carefully review the item(s) and verify that all the necessary criteria is met for a successful return. If the item(s) meet eligibility criteria, we will begin the refund process as soon as possible. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing and up to 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account (depending on your bank).

    Shipping Costs

    The cost of the shipping for returns will be deducted from the refund total.

    Exclusions

    Special orders are unfortunately not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.

    Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

    No single item from a set may qualify for a return.

    At SanZ Collections, we are committed to ensuring our customers' utmost satisfaction with their purchases. We want you to feel comfortable in our pieces, so if sizing isn’t quite right for you on any full-priced item then we will gladly exchange it for the correct size!

    ***At this time, we only accept exchanges for the same item from an order in a different size. We apologize for any inconvenience.***

    Exchange Eligibility

    To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

    1. The item(s) must be a full-priced jewelry item exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.

    2. The item(s) must be in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags and labels attached.

    3. The item(s) must be sent in its original packaging with the original sales receipt included.

    4. The requested exchange must be the same exact item from your order (same model & material), but in a different size.

    Exchange Process

    1. Contact us: Please contact support@sanz-collections.com within 14 days of your delivery date. Be sure to indicate the item(s) you’d like to exchange and include the order number, photos of the item(s) being sent back, and the new desired size for the piece(s).

    2. Shipping:

      1. Our support team will email you a pre-paid shipping label.

      2. Securely package your item(s) with the original packaging in outer box. (You may use the original outer box if it’s in good condition.) Be sure to include the sales receipt.

      3. Attach prepaid label to outer box and drop off or schedule pickup with the appropriate local carrier. (Cover the previous label if reusing original outer box.) Be sure to ship the item back within 14 days of delivery date in its original condition (undamaged, untarnished, with original sales receipt, original packaging, and original tag(s) attached).

    3. Processing: If the item(s) meet eligibility criteria, we will prepare and ship you the new, requested item promptly at no extra cost. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing (depending on size availability) and up to 5 business days for the new item to arrive. In rare circumstances, more time may be needed for processing.

    Shipping Costs

    For easy, stress-free exchanges we offer to cover shipping costs for the first exchange of an order! For all exchanges afterwards from the same original order, you will need to purchase your own shipping label.

    If you received a damaged or incorrect item then we will make it right for you!

    Contact support@sanz-collections.com within 14 days of the delivery date. Include your order number, a photo of the item, and a description of why the item is incorrect (wrong size, metal, etc.) We will review everything, send you a pre-paid shipping label to send back the incorrect item, and ship the new, correct item to you at no additional cost.
